By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge that your payment is being processed by High End Machinery Parts LLC on behalf of the High End Machinery Parts supply operation in Trinidad and Tobago.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store payment card information on our servers — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy and security standards.

Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute a guarantee of delivery until the order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

Where a part is not in stock, we offer sourcing and importation services. Sourcing requests are non-binding inquiries and do not constitute a confirmed order until we have provided a formal quotation and you have accepted it in writing or by payment.

Import timelines are estimates only and may be affected by shipping schedules, customs clearance, and supplier availability. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Wholesale accounts are subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of account approval. Tiered pricing, net payment terms, and stocking programs are available to qualified accounts only and do not apply to retail transactions.

We reserve the right to review, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts at any time, including for non-payment, breach of agreed terms, or business closure.

We dispatch orders from Santa Flora, Trinidad and Tobago. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover to the courier or carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged after receipt are not eligible for return.

Sourced or special-order parts are non-returnable unless we have supplied the wrong part due to our error. To initiate a return, contact us by phone or email before sending any goods back.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, High End Machinery Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, equipment downtime, or data loss.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with a customer transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

High End Machinery Parts LLC (Florida, USA) serves as the merchant of record for all online payments processed through this website, and is also the international procurement entity responsible for purchasing goods from US and international suppliers for importation into Trinidad. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled through Stripe under High End Machinery Parts LLC. All other customer service disputes (delivery, returns, order fulfillment) are handled by High End Machinery Parts, Trinidad and Tobago.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
